I’m so glad you’re here. Strangers are just friends I haven’t met yet, and I hope this space feels like a warm welcome into something new.

I’m a writer and researcher with a deep focus on women, creativity, and innovation — especially in life’s in-between seasons. My Ph.D. is in Higher Education, where I explored how creativity and innovation unfold over time. I believe we’re all works-in-progress and that transformation often begins with the smallest seed.

Here are a few things that shape who I am:

• 🌍 Wanderlust runs deep — I’ve explored China, India, Kazakhstan, Tanzania, Kenya, Ecuador, Europe, and much of the U.S.

• 📚 Lifelong reader — I love a good story and a sharp mind, from Jane Austen’s wit to Michael Connelly’s grit.

• 🍽️ Hospitality is my love language — whether it’s a dinner party or a spontaneous adventure, I find joy in connection.

More than anything, I’m here to walk alongside women navigating what’s next — with curiosity, courage, and compassion.
